OptimTalk Voice Browser, like information systems, is not an out-of-the-box product. It requires implementation in customer's environment in order to optimally support customer's unique communication processes and to integrate them correctly with company's information systems.
These needs are covered by the OptimTalk Voice Browser implementation services. The implementation typically involves the following steps:
- analysis of customer's communication processes
- optimization of the processes and suggestions of their software support
- OptimTalk Voice Browser installation and configuration
- creation of CCXML/VoiceXML scenarios OptimTalk Voice Browser according to the customer's communication processes
