CCXML 1.0 becomes a full standard!
CCXML plays an irreplaceable role in OptimSys' solutions for managing, processing and automation of voice communication. We are therefore very happy that the CCXML 1.0 specification has reached the final W3C Recommendation level and thus has become a full standard.
We appreciate the hard work of the Voice Browser Working Group (VBWG) members and are pleased that OptimSys could also contribute a bit to the final result by sending numerous comments to the VBWG through the VBWG public forum and by performing the CCXML 1.0 Implementation Report tests.
CCXML proved its qualities not only in the traditional telecom and call center market segments. Besides these, OptimSys successfully uses CCXML, together with VoiceXML, in corporate ICT solutions for integration of voice communication into corporate business processes, or for handling voice communication within dispatch systems.
OptimSys' OptimTalk platform already fully support final CCXML 1.0, which positions OptimSys as one of the market leaders.
